2007 Arcane Cellars Pinot Noir
Willamette Valley

Produced from low-yield vines from select vineyards in the Willamette Valley, this Pinot Noir was aged for 12 months in 100% French oak and bottled unfined and unfiltered. Characteristic Aromas of black cherry and raspberry give way to flavors of red currants and vanilla.  Further complexity comes across in aromas of cloves, forest floor, smoke and black pepper.  Excellent with game fish such as salmon, sturgeon or halibut, dishes with wild mushrooms, and roasted meats. This wine has firm structure and a long, smooth finish.
